$64,000 question

Knowing how some Pennsylvanians act with each other, I'm thinking there must be a lot of in fighting, and temper tantrums going on over who to hire by the powers to be.

I'm sure Franklin is all giddy

Good point. PSU/Centre County is a closed community. A remote island of tenured, union, and connected people. A public school that claims that its books aren't open to the public. Of course, it will have many clueless and protective people holding important positions. It's what gave us the Sandusky scandal and the ongoing mismanagement after the scandal. Things like throwing Joe under the bus, poor hires, and paying to have things go away is what they do.

Who is having more sleepless nights. Franklin or Kraft? I do not remember a more disjointed firing and replacement in my 60 adult years.

Franklin... loved Penn State so much he lost to UCLA and NW, acted surprised he was fired, then poached all our recruits.

He isn't having sleepless nights.

Kraft... taking a slow approach to hiring a guy to be paid 5M plus a year while fans wring their hands about nothing.

He isn't having sleepless nights.

It's a toss up.
