I'd like it a whole lot better if someone just went ahead and painted it blue and white, and upgraded the pictures and other details.

Even the Mich St part would look better if it was replaced with a mini statue of Officer Hightower.

Edit: the more I look at it you could fit a humidor and small fridge to hold a couple of beers. Put a beer tap on the side to hook up to a keg, and some little spotlights, and I think you could genuinely turn it into the envy of the sports world. Imagine it being the top of a kegerator.
