I believe what was said by the coaches is he is going to be a hybrid LB/DE player, not solely DE.

Great edge rushers are in premium demand at both the college level and in the NFL. He will need to learn how to take on run blockers, but natural speed off the edge is a good foundation to start with.

Pretty small at 220. Even if he hits 230-235 by summer that’s still light.

Could be great in certain matchups. Against slow tackles. Or switching up to speed rushing.

By junior/senior year could be 260 lb lightning bolt ️
