Michigan Gangsters in Action at OSU/Michigan game Saturday

I have always wondered how the Michigan players could have so little class after they win games. (for instance, OSU players are soft). It is a lot easier to be classy after win than a loss. However the Michigan players were so classless that they couldn't be decent people even after winning.

Saturday's game showed where their character comes from -- they are gangsters. 1. For instance, the Michigan player who head butted a referee. What sentient football player even thinks of this. 2. Long after the whistle blew Michigan players tried to wrest the ball from OSU players -- obviously trying to start fights and bait OSU players. 3. The Michigan receiver Marsh intentionally threw his shoulder into an Ohio State coach while passing the coach in the hallway.

Michigan's behavior was so bad and Day's was so much in contrast that Taylor Lewan on his podcast apologized to Day. Also, on the Blueprint with Devin Gardner & Jake Butt, one of the two at the beginning said that Day effectively punked Michigan by not rubbing in the win.

I was never a fan of Day’s but his post game interview was fantastic. He was very humble and stated that he tried to teach the team to win with humility. Furthermore he said that the theme of the game was to win for the love of your team, not the hate of your opponent. He clarified that “the team” included the players, coaches, staff, students, alumni and fans. I thought back of the end of the game when tOSU players were celebrating with friends and family in the end zone while Michigan players glared at them while “defending” the block M at mid-field. Note that UM attacked the tOSU logo last year that started the post game fight and police macing them all. I was told that the UM players waited in the tunnel leading to the locker rooms (shared, at this stadium) and tried to provoke a fight as the players came off the field.

This after a UM player head butted a ref.

TOSU’s good sportsmanship really make UM look bad.

Well, when cheating is completely acceptable. When told your team and program are above the rules. When you are permitted to cheat your way to a national title. When your head coach is allowed to destroy evidence without punishment…

You are telling these kids that rules don’t matter. That cheating and bullying are acceptable. That they are exempt from penalties…..this is what you get.

How can anyone be surprised?🤷🏽‍♀️
