True, but I'm pretty sure this yacht requires a captain's license which is supplied by permanent staff who have specific rules in their contract that prohibit unsafe behaviors which could be used to make sure anyone on board is staying within certain bounds.
 
Well, we've got State College's Penn Steaks (We Are, Penn Steaks!), use of the Cadillac hotel in Bellefonte, and unlimited use of Neeli Bendapudi dingy for rainbow trout fishin.

That’s why college football is screwed. There is no salary cap control. The deepest alumni pockets will buy championships. It doesn’t matter where the kid actually wants to go, he will go where his family gets the most money and perks. It’s going to be very difficult for coaches like Campbell to compete.
