O/T Interesting fact

This has the feel of that 1999 year. After losing to Minnesota on a hail mary to set up game winning field goal, the team quit, and lost a bunch of games. And the year Miami came up here and beat an undefeated and high ranked Penn State. They went on to lose many games they should have won. I think that was the rap music year. To legit to quit, or something like that.
 
That was 1992. We were 5-0, lost to Miami 17-14 at home, then lost to Boston College at home, and ended up 7-5. Miami went undefeated that year, then got whalloped by Alabama in the Sugar Bowl.

This OL is a huge let down. It is mediocre at best. The patched up lines of coach Bob played a lot tougher brand of fb when Zwinak bulldozed B1G defenses.

My fear exactly. The game with N’western will be a huge tell. They blow this game and they will lose five or more.

Going to be a huge game for Franklin. Team needs to come out like a wounded grizzly. Even a close win won’t be enough.

Crowd will boo Franklin when he takes the field. He needs to 💯 ignore it despite his previous anger issues.

If the team struggles early it will get very ugly. They need to rally around their head coach or cut him free to drift away in his own.

I would like them to hire Bret Bielema as head coach. His p look ayers play with intensity. His OLs are very good and very nasty.

Not a chance. I remind folks, Franklin has the 6th best record over the last 4 years. He's also being paid the 15th highest salary in the country. You're not hiring anyone for less money to get us over the top. Kentucky and Missouri are paying their coaches more. So is UNC.
