Dump it. Should not be played at sporting events, even at synchronized swimming events. Did not originate at PSU, but via UK "football" and the Red Sox. It's no different that playing Terry Jack's "Seasons in the Sun". Hopefully, there's no ten year contract that requires it gets played.
 
Formally end the Franklin era by deep sixing this tune. The new coach needs to be a "Hells Bells" kind of guy.
