I don't want to do it, but it looks like I may need to start banning some posters. I'm not at that point yet, but I ask you to think about what you're doing before posting. If you are just going to troll, belittle or name call rather than participate in respectful back and forth then you won't be on here long.

I think your board is off to a great start, but just by the nature of things, you'll end up having to deal with a small minority of problem children.

In the end, they may give you no choice except to do what you'd prefer not to do.

My wife and I raised six kids, and there were times when they, as kids, would push and push and push...until we were forced to make clear who they were as children and who we were as parents. It's the oldest story in the book.

The very few problem posters here have the mentality and maturity level of 9-year olds and may in the end require the board equivalent of the same treatment.

Because here's the thing about problem children: either they're allowed to run wild...or they're smacked down. They don't understand any other way.

Does that include posters who continually post about people farting, defecating, playing with their bojangy's? A poster who is enamored with 3rd grade replies? Perhaps I can send you about 500 posts from this poster from the Rivals site so you know what the posters on this site are gonna get! He is already posting about somebody farting in front of PSU people, is this something posters are going to have to deal with on this site? Explain to me how that is "respectful back and forth." But he does invite abuse...and it makes a bunch of PSU guys laugh while we are on the golf course!
