I never paid much attention to Franklin’s contract. Did he have all those incentives? I actually think that stuff is great. Now if we could get real incentives for the players too, we’d be in a much better spot. It gives everyone something to play for no matter what. Motivation, or the lack of it, makes a huge difference.

the one year extension for cfp appearance is crazy. PSU getting in the top 12 is not that big of a deal. Should be something like quarterfinals or semifinals.

It's standard in the industry. Campbell is quite the deal of a contract.

Seems pretty standard now. Less that $10m per year for a program of this size. I think the extensions granted by Indiana, Nebraska and GT were above that
