I disagree. Nc was all hype because of a coach. They brought in 70 new players I’m not sure why any of those talking heads thought they would be good. Very similar to Colorado and we know how tough their first year was. TCU has a solid program

The penalty was called because the guy whose helmet was off jumped in pile to make tackle. Thats 15 yard penalty in college.
