Yep, Campbell needs to find someone that has a proven record of WR development and then go to Kraft and get the money it takes to get him. Whatever amount that happens to be.... Next to QB, WR is the most important position of offense and clearly what has held PSU back the last few seasons.
 
6'4" Grambling transfer Keith Jones follows the "performance, not potential" model. He had some long TDs during the season and a couple of grabs against the Buckeyes. It's like pulling an experienced player from AA or AAA rather than an untested one from HS.
