I think Grunk has a higher ceiling. But Becht might win more in 2026.

I did not watch many Iowa State games last year, but I listened to a lot and it seemed like Becht was a difference maker. Not so much this year, losing 4 games in a row. I agree. CMC has far more context on what happened there than any of us, so I'll trust him to make the right call. But Grunk is really impressive. So much more poised than Allar already. Also outplaying Klubnik today.
