I think you are splitting hairs here. At the very beginning he States " I have seen" and then gets distracted. He follows that by stating multiple times that there are documents with the names of people associated with Epstein and they are being suppressed.
It really isn't that important of an issue for me. With the wars going on in Ukraine and Israel I think those are much more important. However, i know this is very important to a lot of people (including an ex-prosecutor friend of mine) and so I think it needs to be dealt with.
This has been a big issue for Dershowitz for a long time --something like 10 years. He has consistently been calling for the release of the records because he was falsely accused by someone connected with the Epstein activities. He is in a position to know and has been a credible person with respect to factual allegations for a long time on a lot of different issues.
At first glance I would agree there are bigger fish to fry but the reason there are bigger things to deal with is b/c our Congress/Judiciary/Executive are beyond compromised and have clearly been working for entities other than the American people for decades now.
