Not totally false. Dershowitz has seen the names of people accused of the Epstein crimes. The accuser in this instance does not have a lot of credibility but according to Dershowitz the information is improperly being hidden. It is a distinction without a difference whether or not there is a list if the names of potential criminals are being hidden for improper reasons. A list could be compiled from the FBI files.
