FTB Film Study: Could Knowles Use Wheatley As His New Downs?

Coach Codutti is back this week to tall about how Knowles is probably licking his chops thinking about using Wheatley like he used Knowles last year.

reminds me of how the Steelers used Troy Polamalu. It appeared like the Steelers played a ten man defense and let Troy do whatever the hell he wanted. It took GREAT instincts and skill sets. But it also takes a very smart defense to know and understand their assignments when they have a player who lines up and plays all over the field.

"So the issue with King, which we covered in his Alabama film when he committed back to Penn State is his coverage ability in man assignments, especially near the line of scrimmage. He was downright bad in a slot role last year...like simply couldn't do it. So if anyone is gonna be a "chess piece" for Knowles it will likely be Wheatley. And yeah no update or insider info...but we did ask a Friend of the Channel in the know if we'd look like fools for connecting these dots and they said no...so we went with it."
