I understand they had a 14 or 15 day window to enter after CJF's firing.
I have not read anything to date. Perhaps Coach Smith has asked them to wait until after the Iowa game and not make a hasty decision.

PSU is already losing some recruits. Today Mickens reopened his recruitment.

I don’t think so. I believe most will wait to see what occurs with the next several games with Terry ( plus they likely want to finish the semester). They always have the regularly scheduled portal period. If things look shaky with Terry or the next guy, look for a significant exodus. —Recruiting is another story. Kids haven’t yet built a relationship with the school, just the coach/s ……so there will be major losses ( already are).
—IMO, There’s a good chance we’re at a three year rebuild….. unless we morph into a portal team like Ole Miss or TAM. At that point, it becomes virtually nothing about “ the school” , only the business
