Wouldn't it be ironic if Michigan is allowed to keep their wins/natty and Indiana is not?

I doubt they will go to that length, but I actually think this is a more serious threat than when people talked about Michigan vacating wins. The legal impact of certain moves in court can have surprising implications. It isn't always about what normal people would think is fair or what makes sense. The NCAA wants an appellate ruling on this that will prevent anyone from doing what Moore and the others did going forward. They win some of these cases. Tennessee's QB just lost to the NCAA in his bid for another season.
Exactly the thought that crossed my mind.
On the one hand, it's hard to see them stripping Indiana of its title.
On the other hand, this is the NCAA we're talking about.
