Given how much of a slimeball Kraft is currently showing himself to be, I have my doubts that the overall situation is tenable. I have NO doubt PSU found the right coach.

I don’t know but it appears that PSU played less than the best players this season due to NIL commitments. There have been reports that Clifford was paid $500k in NIL. A lot like baseball and football, teams have a tendency to play highly paid athletes because not doing so would be to admit they made a mistake. That is why I support a separated GM/Contracts person along side the HC. Let the business person decide who gets paid the money. When the season starts, it is up to the head coach to win games without restrictions.
