And then they played a succession of stiffs. They beat them, but why would anyone be impressed? The closest thing to a quality win was usc at home. No at large playoff team is losing to usc at home. There's nothing else on the resume.

As long as nd stays out of a real conference, the g5 should be their playoff as well.
