I withdrew from voluntary organ doner-ship on my DL and defer to my guardian's decision. I had an emergency room Dr in CLE tell me that many decisions were made to let a patient die because his/her organs could save a half dozen people. She wasn't saying that the patient was going to survive, but that the decision to "call it" was made at a much less known outcome if the patient was a young, healthy donor. Sadly, this has been verified.
