Other bowls

They are already having the games. Let them pick their champion.

With your method there is no Miami. You get Duke and UVA. Both of those would have been embarrassed by playoff teams.

I like incorporating the conference championships or getting rid of them. But the conferences aren't close to balanced strength.

Why couldn't Miami be an at large team?

Let's start over here.

There are four championship games and 4 other teams.

4 Other teams can be at large

Or you have 4 championship teams and 8 other teams.

The week of championship games, the other 8 teams play.

Week 2 you have 8 teams.

It's fairly simple. No byes.

How are you going to put 3 ACC teams in? That conference got the one team that deserved to be in and that was questioned by many.

Im not. The winner of the ACC championship game gets in.

No one deserves to be in thst doesn't win their conference
So Miami is out again?

BTW, I'd be perfectly fine with 4 conference champions only being seeded 1 through 4. But that won't make as much money as 12 or more teams plus conference championships so it just won't happen.

I'm fine with Miami being left out.
But more likely the conferences will get their **** together and pick the righr champion.

Alabama should have been out too.

And JMU should have never been in. Any committee thst picks them over Miami needs to get disbanded.

I don’t get it. The media loves this guy and he was considered a must get coach at both PSU and Michigan. Maybe Penix was really the guy

I think he is used to a different type of athlete with a different type of motivation.

These players he have will quit quickly. Most were probably on the phone with their nil agent at half time

Great point. Cignetti said he recruits portal transfer kids that over perform their physical gifts at other schools.

This was one of the biggest issues with the FSU teams of yesteryear... you had a bunch of gifted athletes who got used to beating everyone. Couldn't handle close games.
