Minnesota-New Mexico headed into overtime in something called the Rate Bowl.

Both teams have been competing to see which one could blow the most opportunities...and so far it's even in that department.

Entertaining game though. New Mexico's problem is that they've shown zero on offense in the 2nd half. Got a 100-yard kickoff return and that's about it.

Great catch by the Gophers' receiver in the end zone to win the game in overtime.

Big Suck is now 4-0 in bowl games this year, which means we are winning the cherished Challenge Cup.

Meanwhile, the SEC is only 2-2.

This increases the pressure on us tomorrow and finally gives us a reason to play. Somebody contact the opt-outs. I'm sure they'll agree. We must win to uphold the honor of the Big Suck and maintain the league's perfect bowl record.

If ECU had their players on offense, they might have blown Pitt out today. London Montgomery opted out, former PSU RB, and their starting QB is transferring. Both my boys go to ECU. One finishing his Masters in finance, my younger will be a senior in finance next year.
