Other games thread. USC comeback, Pitt "pitting"....

Illinois beats the Trojans on a walk-off 41-yard FG. I could have cared less who won this game but am glad for the Illini kid who stepped up with all the pressure of the world on his shoulders to make a kick that was far from automatic.

Elsewhere Notre Dame massacred Arkansas in the Hogs' own stadium. The Irish have zero room for error the rest of the way. Every game is the equivalent of a play-in for them. They looked good on the road today.

Georgia Tech wins another big one in OT to stay unbeaten.
 
Bugeyes with the early fumble, now down 3-0. When are they going to air it out to Smith..... Bugeye play calling on offense so far looks like something PSU would do.

I have been very skeptical of Brian Hartline's ability as a play caller and as offensive coordinator. Almost surely, he was given the job so that he would stay at Ohio State and continue to recruit receivers. 2 years ago, he couldn't hack it as offensive coordinator.

Notre Dame using a fake punt up for touchdowns in the fourth quarter showed quite the lack of class. But I guess they’re trying to win by his biggest margin of possible since without it they aren’t getting in.

Yep. And I hope the committee sees right through it and leaves them OUT!!
 
Bugeyes don't really need any help from the officials to beat Washington, but they're getting it anyway. As the broadcast crew rightly described the roughing the QB call, it might not even be a call in flag football.....

I will say that OSU'S defense looks to be in late season form. Really strong at every position.
