Up 2-0 after the 1st, but out-hustled for 20 minutes and now down 3-2 after the 2nd. PSU shots are off passes and around the perimeter, but ASU is muscling around the crease.

Final 6-3 PSU. McKenna has great puck control and is a fluid skater. It's the first game, but some lethargy in the middle period and too much stick checking in front of the goal by the D. But a good road win against a decent opponent.

Watching the Clarkson game. PSU fast with stars, but Clarkson takes good positioning, body checks, and wins the boards. Too much stick checking by PSU and the legs aren't moving either. And Goalie Reidler needs some better footwork.

Now opponents have a blueprint. Gadowsky needs to figure it out.
