Lots of penn staters and most are showing up very well. But looks like Nick may have gotten nicked.
So, the only positive report I read was on Nolan Rucci. Who else is receiving positive practice reviews?Lots of penn staters and most are showing up very well. But looks like Nick may have gotten nicked.
Wow, that a bummer. Hopefully it is nothing that won't heal 100%.
He played four full years and was never seriously injured.Wow, that a bummer. Hopefully it is nothing that won't heal 100%.
Bummer. Anyone know if he could recover in time for the combine?
Combine is Feb 22nd ~ March 2nd. So I think that is in the next to impossible to NFW territory.Bummer. Anyone know if he could recover in time for the combine?
You may be right. But RBs are not highly valued. Could have been a Day 1. But the thing is, if you come back, you have to come back right. I feel like a lot of the guys who came back, came back not to get hurt. I know Franklin supposedly gave these guys a lot of time off in the post-season and the guys who were definite starters also supposedly had a lot of time off in the pre-season supposedly to keep them healthy and fresh. My guess is that you have to keep pushing. You are either getting better or you are getting worse. Some of the guys came back and got worse. This broken foot is an unfortunate thing, but Singleton had already hurt his draft stock considerably by regressing this season. Perhaps some of this was the overall attitude in the locker room in the off-season. It was as if they all had been reading their press clippings and thought they'd just get a free pass to the playoff again. Will probably cost him millions. Had he gone pro last year, he was a day one pick. A mediocre 2025 and this injury high light the risk of returning
Thanks for that link. Double bummer for him.
What I read last year was that he was 3rd round pick if he had gone to the NFL last year. Will probably cost him millions. Had he gone pro last year, he was a day one pick. A mediocre 2025 and this injury high light the risk of returning
