Shuttles on game day

Looking into taking a shuttle into and out of the stadium on game day - particularly the Fullington shuttle from the Penn Stater hotel and conf center as we come in this way on 322 (from Harrisburg).

Does anyone have any experience with this and do the shuttles fill up quickly? Do you need to buy bus tix in advance? Do the buses get caught in traffic or do the police push them through? Looks like $20 round trip and drops you right by the stadium which doesn’t seem like a bad deal to me. Thoughts??

I've used the shuttle twice, originating from the Hills Plaza. I've tried to get there between 9 and 10 for noon games and haven't had any problems at all. In fact, I love it and have recommended it on several occasions. The police clear a lane for the buses and I am typically dropped off about a half hour from being picked up at Hills and then about 45 minutes from the stadium back to Hills after the game. The downside is that you can't linger around the stadium as the last bus leaves (I think) one hour after the final gun. It is like a couple of dollars and free if you are a senior (old, not Hispanic).
