This guy is so genuine. Impressive. He has a special love and appreciation for PSU. I've been pulling for Chesney (JMU) and if he is selected, Terry Smith would be an ideal Associate HC or GM.
IF and big IF, all of Kraft's attempts fail to bring in either Deboer, Chesney, Key, or Drink, then I would be comfortable with giving Terry a shot at being the HC.
Whoever is selected, Terry Smith has to be retained in a position close to the football team.
