This has to be where the whole locker room dissension stuff comes from. His teammates know that he’s the better back right now and like someone on the other site said imagine how different this season would be if he had just got the ball 20 times against Oregon. They’d be six and O and Franklin would still be the head coach.

It is one thing to go for it, but that play call was questionable to say the least

Luke Reynolds has looked awful this season and in particular this game. Constantly losing/whiffing on his blocks, dropped balls, etc. he’s definitely no Tyler Warren

Should have punted. No reason to be that aggressive when you’re in the lead. Now we just gifted them a short field smh. Our defense has been getting gashed all game

How does Terry Smith make that decision to go on 4th down? Too long with Franklin. That was an obvious punt. Up 5, pin IA deep, play D.

I don’t think they should’ve gone for it there. But, if you are going to go for it, you either give the ball to 13 or you’re throwing a pass to Ross, who seems to be the only guy who can get open on the line of scrimmage
