Will he still be able to hold the clipboard after surgery?
Just shows you guys that are paid huge salaries to evaluate talent still screw it up. The dude couldn't beat out Sean Clifford but somehow is going to be a good starting QB in the NFL. What a joke. This came out yesterday. No one cares.
And I don't mean that as a criticism of your post.
Just that it's clear he is not an NFL starter and this news just went on and by.
What about all the PSU fans who wanted him to start ? The guy was a TE who had a cannon of an arm. Couldn’t throw a simple out pattern or fit a ball into a pocket over the LB but in front of the DB in 2 deep zone.Just shows you guys that are paid huge salaries to evaluate talent still screw it up. GMs clearly thought he was much better than he was/is. Looking back to his PSU days could have given them some insight.I'm not saying that Levis should have started ahead of Clifford but I think you're being too critical. The guy started two years for a D1 team, was drafted in the second round, and he became a starter for the Titans.
Clifford wasn't drafted until the 5th round and he's completed a total of 1 NFL pass. I'm not even sure if he'll be on an NFL roster this fall.
That 2019 OSU game was ridiculous. He comes in and is essentially a fullback. Wouldn't that have been something these GMs would have at least contemplated. Agree. They’re Definitely too critical. —Levis, in the NFL, has thrown for 3800+ yards and 20+ TDs , so he is clearly a serviceable short term back up…..who looks like a LB ( and Joe would have made him oneI'm not saying that Levis should have started ahead of Clifford but I think you're being too critical.
