PeePee the multiple bans disbarred Whale shark of the small mind, adults are talking here.
It's totally fine for a baby born here to be a US citizen, but that doesn't mean the parent can't be deported and take her US citizen baby with her. The child of course, would be free to return when of age.Need to make birthright citizenship not apply to those who didn't immigrate legally.
That anchor baby loophole needs to end.

That's fine. And you're welcome to change the Constitution to reflect your desired outcome.Someone here illegally, runs over the border, then has a baby... that baby should not be a US citizen.
Here is another post on it via X. The point is to fix the problem with practical and binding immigration policies lest the next time the dems win the White House we just start the mess all over again

We should allow a guy who thought it was OK to deport someone for having MS 13 literally tattooed across his hand, when it was an obvious superimposed graphic alleging a translation of actual tattoos to be in charge of "practical and binding immigration policies."
Makes sense.
I don't have a problem with that stance, but my point is that I don't think it matters. Just remove the "anchor" policy.Someone here illegally, runs over the border, then has a baby... that baby should not be a US citizen.
Can't wait for you to present "try reading the Amendment" as an argument in front of The Supremes.Illegals are exempt from birthright citizenship. Try reading the amendment.
And MS 13 explicitly and literally tattooed across his knuckles.Maryland Dad already had deportation orders.
Are you suggesting that he didn't have an order of deportation against him?And MS 13 explicitly and literally tattooed across his knuckles.

I am ok with that. Dude was charged for spousal abuse. When you are a guest, you should be deported for breaking the law, full stop. If you are a citizen, you get full rights. That is the law. Sorry, I don't make the rulesWe should allow a guy who thought it was OK to deport someone for having MS 13 literally tattooed across his hand, when it was an obvious superimposed graphic alleging a translation of actual tattoos to be in charge of "practical and binding immigration policies."

You're OK with what? Why do you guys just respond with talking points, rather than the actual comments? It's like you're a (poorly coded) program, not a human.I am ok with that. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) provided data to lawmakers this week (9/27/2024). The data, as of July 2024, is broken down by those in detention, and those who are not in detention -- known as the non-detained docket. The non-detained docket includes illegal immigrants who have final orders of removal or are going through removal proceedings but are not detained in ICE custody. There are currently more than 7 million people on that docket.No. anyone who has anthing worse than a traffic violation is out. I think I said that in my post. And that is pure speculation on my part.
