We put six kids through the Maryland public school system between the period 1989-2011 and indoctrination methods of the type described by Bison above were less forceful and pervasive...plus the administration would generally work with us if we had any concerns about a particular class or program. The student population itself at the time seemed more or less "normal" if you want to use that word.
Things have gotten a lot more intense and programmed since then, according to everything I've heard, though I couldn't speak to the actual current numbers of LGBTQ-identifying kids. None of our grandchildren go to public school. In any case, I don't think that 2023 Gallup poll was an accident or a mistake:
>>In 2023, Gallup found that 7.6% of U.S. adults identify as LGBTQ+, with Generation Z (born 1997-2012) showing the highest percentage at 23.1%. More specifically, nearly 30% of Gen Z women identify as LGBTQ+, with bisexuality being the most common identity within that group. This represents a significant increase compared to older generations, and the trend is largely attributed to a higher percentage of younger people, particularly women, identifying as bisexual, according to Gallup.<<
Marriage rates are down. Fertility rates have plummeted. This is all connected. An ideology hostile to traditional concepts of male-female roles and relationships is being relentlessly propagandized. This all ends in a train wreck. It has to.
