I'm not getting my hopes up on the whole "Big whale" talk. A good way to disappoint myself. Not sure who even started that...

On defensive guru and Jersey native Mike Elko vs. UT... QB Reed was a let down. He's not a great passer and makes bad decisions. A quick Allar maybe. On defense, the LBs were pedestrian and the coaching didn't adjust for Manning's ability and desire to take off and run. Like Knowles vs. Iowa.
Moral of the story: All those genius coaches maybe aren't geniuses.

Landon Tengwall and Adam Breneman said they do not know for sure, but mentioned there is real smoke around Lincoln Riley. He moves around way too much for my taste.

He's record is not very impressive at USC. He's 34-17 so far while being in a recruiting "heaven".
