Mary and Joseph lived in the Roman Province of Judea but were not citizens. Jesus was born in the town of Bethlehem in the province of Judea after Mary and Joseph traveled there for the Roman census. After Jesus was born they travel to another Roman province Egypt to escape Herod's slaughter of the innocent. After Herod's death they then returned to Judea to the town of Nazareth where Jesus was raised. Neither Mary, Joseph or Jesus were Roman citizens as evidenced by the fact that Jesus was crucified, with rare exception Roman citizens were not crucified but they may have had their heads chopped off.
As for your last question, let's say an eight month pregnant tourist traveled to the US for a vacation and gave birth, is that child a US citizen?
Also, your analogy earlier in this thread equating illegal aliens with kids traveling through a neighbor's yard to go to school is one of the worst analogies I have ever had the misfortune of reading.

I’m just messing with JumbaJuice, who was yapping about Jesus in an immigration thread, which is beyond tone deaf (then again, so are modern day “Christians” in the US). You guys would have been trying to kick Jesus & Fam, and others like them, out of Egypt, screaming that all these “refugees” whom you’d call the era-equivalent of illegals/unwanteds are ruining the neighborhood.
