DeBoer's probably angling for a raise, but if not, still my #1 target. Just wins big games. It's not a matter of if, but when he wins a national title. Clark Lea had better get a serious look if people are pushing Jeff Brohm. He's outdoing James at Vanderbilt, actually beating good teams. Will be interesting to see how A&M performs tonight, though I don't know that we could win a bidding war with the oil money down there if it comes to that.

Not enthusiastic about Rhule right now, but he does have Nebraska at 6-2. I think he'd probably still be a gameday coaching upgrade over Franklin. Not sure about recruiting.

Because if he comes to Penn State and wins a national title or two after 40+ years, he's a hero forever. If he wins one at Alabama, he needs to win 6 more, or he's Gene Stallings without the Alabama connection. By the way, I understand Kraft had the money allocated for KC Concepcion, who just scored a TD on a punt return, but Franklin wouldn't pull the trigger due to concerns about locker room morale. PSU will likely pay $14 million for this hire, btw. Unless it's Rhule.
 
Dillingham is not the guy. Just got done sitting in the nosebleeds through four very long quarters of tedium with loads of penalties, TV timeouts, reviews, and uninspiring play. Dilly is pure Big12 offense. UH Cougars played basic straight up non-Big12 football and it worked, whereas ASU got nothing going. Former Lion WR McClain had a big night, though. In summary, Dilly stays at ASU.

You are incredibly gullible if you believe Urban Meyer is coming to Penn State. I'll leave it at that. They're waiting to see how Rhule finishes the season.
 
Okay. So they're waiting to see how Rhule finishes the season, but they're targeting Brady, Kiffin, Key, and Lea. But it can never be Meyer. 😵‍💫

Being honest, I really don’t think about the search and I’m not gullible. After the stinkers that Nebraska played the past two weekends, there is no way he could be a candidate.
